Indulging my Inner Knitter

I’ve been quiet. But not because things haven’t been happening. It’s school holidays over here and Steve and I have a system that when holidays are on I work in the mornings and come home then Steve goes to work….so it’s like 2 ships in the night, but with lots of activities thrown in the mix.

There’s been LOTS of rain - 11 straight days in fact. There’s been visits to Sydney and indulgence at the Lindt Chocolate shop. There’s been a 40 birthday for Steve and his twin Michael. There’s been fishing. And Knitting.  There’s been visitors. And a  Stitch n’ Bitch Exhibition. There’s been a wearing of the necklace. And knitting of a scarf. And test knitting some awesome socks. There’s been a baby arrive. And a gifting of lovely knitted things to said baby.

Just thinking about it makes me tired.  Roll on tomorrow night - off to Mum’s to have dinner cooked for ME! Yay.
