THE VIDEO CHALLENGE/MEME (call it what you will)
Inspired by hearing the lovely Cindy’s voice the other day, I decided to post up a video of my own. Whilst driving to work this morning I thought it would be nice to throw this thought wide open to the web.
We have all made friends through blogging – but it come via the typed word, the shared post, the comments and thoughts that we make to each other via the keyboard. But we don’t really know what each other sounds like.
So – if you would like to share a quick video with us, why not snap a 30 second video of yourself, doing something that lets us hear your voice and see what you see. Load it up on you tube and post it on your blog.
There’s no limit to the people that you can tag – you can mention who you would most like to hear (but who knows if they can get hold of a video) – but anyone that has the inclination should do it and leave a comment so we can check it out. It might be best to let the person that you want to hear know about the challenge.
Let’s see how many voices we can hear. Who’s up for the challenge?

It’s a great idea – but would actually require me to (gasp) get out the Video camera and (double gasp) upload video (which I don’t know how to do!!)

What a great idea, though I never think I sound like I do to me!! I think it is all to do with the spaces in my head (many, obviously) resonating!! What a great beach, lovely knitting too!!!
You know – you tricked me.

I just posted my viedo this afternoon. It ended up being longer than 30 seconds but I hope all that stop by get a hoot from it! I thought of strapping the camera to my forehead but thought that would really be too much.
